Atom Series

I love Hilma af Klint’s atom series for her certainty in what she’s conveying, even though her visual logic remains completely obscure to me.

I’ve read that af Klint thought she was a vessel for some other force speaking through her De Zegher, Catherine, and Hendel Teicher. 3 x Abstraction: New Methods of Drawings, Hilma Af Klint, Emma Kunz, Agnes Martin [Exhibition, The Drawing Center, New York, March 19 - May 21, 2005.
